Guideline for Abstract

Guidelines and General Information for Abstract Submission “YOU NEED TO BE REGISTERED AS a PARTICIPANT OF The 27th of INS for Abstract Submission” Topic for abstracts of free paper and poster presentation must be relevant to Neurosurgery. Please kindly pay attention to following guideline:

For online submission of abstract and for guidelines please log on to www.pit27perspebsi-lombok.org => Submission or send via email with attached Microsoft word file to pit27perspebsi@pharma-pro.com before the deadline in order to be sent for review and approval prior to its inclusion in the scientific program

Last date for submission an abstract is May 5th, 2023, Notification of acceptance of abstracts submitted will be sent by e-mail at the latest by June 2nd, 2023

  • Abstracts must be submitted and presented only in English
  • Committee will decide on the final presentation type (oral presentation or E-poster)
  • It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author
  • Main Author — Individual who is submitting the abstract. All correspondence will be done with the main author
  • The abstract should have a short specific title (containing no abbreviations) that indicates the nature of the investigation. Title should be in boldface font. The title should not exceed 20 words in UPPERCASE only
  • Keywords (up to four)
  • Abstract Body (300-word maximum) separated into:
    • Objectives - At least two clear, and measurable learning objectives must be included with your abstract submission. Learning objectives are not included in the abstract word count.
    • Background - A brief statement on why the study was conducted
    • Methods - The method(s) of study or experimental approach must be briefly defined.
    • Results - A summary of the study results, including sufficient details to support those conclusions must be described
    • Conclusions - A statement explaining the significance of the work and its implications for further research
  • List Authors — Up to 11 list authors can be included. Their full names with credentials, city and state or country must be included
  • Disclosure of conflict of interest — This is required for presenting author, as well as agreement with Terms and Conditions

  • Submissions will be reviewed and scored by independent reviewers to ensure high quality scientific submissions are selected for presentation at the meeting. The following criteria will be used to score submissions:
    • Title: clear description of presentation and its contents
    • Conciseness, coherence, clarity and focus of presentation
    • Innovativeness of ideas, methods and or approach
    • Methodology: research design if an empirical study, including clearly stated questions, data sources, data collection procedures, analytic approach and results
    • Relevance, currency, appropriateness and significance of the topics/issue/problem

Instruction for Presenters

When combining video films with Power Point for oral presentation, please note the following points:

  • Please note that the conference computers in the session halls are beings applied with Windows10 and Office 2013.
  • Insert pictures as JPG files (and not TIFF or PICT-these images will not be visible on a Power Point based PC) Use a common movie format, such as MP4 and WMV.
  • Presenter cannot use his or her own laptop
  • Please submit the presentation file at Slide Counter at the latest 3 hours before presentation time
  • Equipment Supplied: LCD Projector hooked up to a desktop or laptop, laser pointer
  • Please note that the conference desktop or laptop are being supplied with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2013
  • Bring your presentation on USB jump/flash drive
  • English is the official of the conference and will be used for slide presentation and discussion

  • suggestion at least 24 font size
  • Please save the E-poster in high quality image format PDF with Portrait Position
  • Pictures and graphics should be of good quality (high resolution)
  • E-poster should not contain any video clips/animation files
  • Please submit your E-poster at E-poster online submission or counter located near the E-poster display one day before your display schedule
  • E-poster will telecast from 8AM- 5PM on July 13th – 15th, 2023
  • E-poster will be shown using 42inch LCD TV
